Hand wash with lukewarm-cold water. Only wash the whole bag when necessary; instead, spot clean stains.
Air dry
Iron bag with medium/high heat.
Do not iron directly over embroidery.
Do not pull on embroidery or threads.
When storing, avoid folding embroidery; instead, fold the bag inwards around the embroidery/pocket. Or hang bag.
If embroidery gets crumpled, use a paper towel or another fabric as a protective layer and iron on a low/cool heat gently.
